This is the website of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand - an organisation founded in 1996 to promote and enhance professional standards of employment advocacy. Our members are experienced employment law practitioners (either Employment Advocates with appropriate qualifications, or are practising Barristers and Solicitors) who regularly represent clients before the Employment Court, the Employment Relations Authority or the Department of Labour’s Mediation Services.
